Privacy Policy

1. Controller and scope

This policy applies to the website faktblitz.punktdev.com and the FaktBlitz app. The controller is Real Movement Analytics GmbH, Kleines Everstal 18d, 44388 Dortmund, Germany. Contact: info@rm-analytics.de.

2. Website and content delivery

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Each request processes your IP address and technical request data such as time, requested address, browser information and response status. This is needed to send content to your device and to protect the service against outages and abuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation. Technical logs are kept only as long as delivery, troubleshooting and handling specific security incidents require. Cloudflare also processes technical operating data according to its privacy policy.

3. Data stored by the app

Game progress, best streak, FaktBlitz IQ, statistics, lives, diamonds and settings are stored only on your device. The app has no ads, no tracking, no analytics and no network connection.

Storage serves the features you use (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; where personal data is involved, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data stays on your device until you delete it in the app ("Delete all progress" in settings), clear the app data or uninstall the app. Depending on your system settings, device backups and transfers may contain copies.

4. Purchases via the App Store and Google Play

On the App Store, Apple handles downloads and payments under the Apple Privacy Policy; on Google Play, Google does so under the Google Privacy Policy. Each store is responsible for that processing.

We receive no account or payment data from you for diamond packs. There is no other payment provider and your app data is not shared with us or anyone else.

5. Browser storage and external links

The website does not use browser storage: no localStorage entries, no cookies and no saved settings.

When you open external links, for example to the stores, the privacy policy of that site applies.

6. Contact by email

We process your sender address, the content of your message, any details you choose to share and technical email data to answer your request. Our email service providers may receive this data.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in answering requests. Messages are deleted once your request is handled and they are no longer needed for follow-up questions, legal defense or statutory retention.

7. Recipients and processing outside the EU

We use a technical service provider, in particular Cloudflare. Transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection require appropriate safeguards, in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses; for certified US recipients, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision may apply. 8. Your rights

Under the legal conditions you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.

Objection: Where we process personal data based on legitimate interests, you can object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
